Return Policy
All items purchased on this site may be returned to ERICAMOLINARI/ RTA Art, Inc. within 14 business days from receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not refund shipping charges unless approved by client services.
Products without proper return authorization will not be accepted. In other words folks, don’t ship back unless you get the okay to ship back. If we don’t know it’s being returned we will not be responsible to refund the value nor replace the item: READ the steps below.

Please include the following information:
- Name, address, invoice number
- Detailed reason for return request
- Return authorization code MUST be marked on the outside of the package.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are considered FINAL SALE by the purchaser.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ericamolinari.com and send your item to: PO BOX 20205 New York New York US 10014.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Pricing Policy
All current retail products featured on the ericamolinari.com website are subject to change. Ericamolinari.com reserves the right to correct any or all pricing errors or to cancel any orders due to pricing errors.
